NAATI CCL tests are delivered online via Proctor software. Candidates with test sessions will receive an e-mail approximately one week prior to test day, with instructions to check their equipment and access to the online platform.

No writing is involved as the test taker is only required to record the translation of the dialogue. To take notes, pen and paper will need to be used and looking at the note the translation needs to be done.

In the NAATI CCL examination the segments can be replayed upon your request. One repetition per dialogue is free. however, each additional request means you lose 1 point out of 45 for that dialogue. Rephrasing and correction also do not cost any marks as long as used appropriately.

The CCL test results are published within 4-6 weeks of the test date and are valid for three years from the date of issue.

Candidates can change the LOTE at zero cost by sending an email to NAATI. If the test date is more than a week away. 100% penalty would be there if the candidate changes the LOTE within 7 days from the test date.
